It is the last term of 2024! Last month we took some time to look back and appreciate God’s grace. It activated a lot of energy and reminded us of the reason we are here. In this edition Daniel shares some lessons he learnt at the ice skating rink and I believe that you will find it as inspiring as I did. We also take a fresh look at being a community and it is intertwined in Ligstad’s DNA. Ligstad’s DNA is Christ and we therefore will never cease to be the witnesses of the work He chooses to do through us. Allow me to be scientific for a moment. DNA is the molecule within cells that carries the genetic information for the development and functioning of an organism. When we say that Christ and being a community is in our DNA, it is clear why we gravitate towards programs and partnerships where Christ is utilizing communities to do His work. We therefore function better in total dependency on God’s guidance. Thus is the organism we call Ligstad focused on God and our community. We cannot do things differently. It is our DNA.
