On November 21, 2025, the Ligstad aftercare and preschool students gathered in the Ligstad hall with sparkling excitement—ready for the most festive highlight of the year: our yearly Christmas party!
The atmosphere was lively and cheerful. We sang carols at the top of our lungs, listened to beautiful Bible stories about the birth of Jesus, and celebrated the miracle of Christmas together. Members of the Ligstad Board of Directors, the Doxa Deo Meyersdal congregation, as well as dedicated volunteers, came to enjoy the afternoon with the children.
The highlight of the day—and something that every student looks forward to year after year—was, of course, receiving their Christmas gifts! These gifts were, as always, incredibly generously provided by the congregation members of Doxa Deo Meyersdal as part of their Love Box project.
