GiG Celebrates Community, Prayer and Encouragement
If you are an older person living in Alberton and you were not at our GiG meeting this morning you not only missed out on great eats made by our volunteer Amanda Jooste. But you also missed out on great conversations and your emotional tank being filled with love of others and of God. Today we joined in the worldwide day of prayer for women. We were reminded of Jesus’s invitation to come to Him with our burdens for His yoke is light and He gives us rest for our souls. If you are or know about an elderly person in the Alberton area who need support, please let us know. We would live to meet you and serve you with God’s love. If you want to spoil our GiG senior group with your baking at our next meeting… You know what the do. Let us know.
