We are extremely proud of our seniors from GiG. On 14 March 2024 four of them represented Ligstad in the annual “Tutela Intergroepdag” held at the Brackenhurst Dutch Reformed Church.
They received the following prizes:
Braam Jooste 1 special prize, 4 first prizes and 5 second prizes
Johanna Jooste 1 special prize, 4 first prizes and 1 second prize
Jenny Keefer 1 special prize
Ria le Roux 4 special prizes, 4 first prizes and 1 second prize
Some of our other GiG members enrolled their items through other groups they are part of and also did extremely well. Congratulations to you too.
They are an inspiration to us all and we salute you.
