On Wednesday, July 30, 2025, members of the GIG (God is Great) group, as well as residents of the Rosslee center in Alberton North, gathered in the penthouse conference room at Rosslee. The tables were beautifully set, and delicious coffee and snacks were provided by the residents of Rosslee, as well as Mr. Jaco Steenkamp. Tasty soup with delicious buttered bread was also served. The guest speaker for the day was Mr. Hennie Viviers. Hennie shared a story of loss and conveyed the message that we all go through storms from time to time. Sometimes the Lord does not take us around the storm, but protects and comforts us as we navigate through it. The Lord is merciful and never leaves us alone. He remains in control and takes care of all who love Him.
